WHAT I'M WORKING ON

A business Mission Control

Over the past weeks, I’ve been adding MCPs and APIs as Agent Skills to my local setup. It provided me access to business data across several repositories. While it works fantastically for focused actions, I realized something bigger could be created.

All my Git-related projects are centralized in a folder “GIT-projects”. I decided to add one more Git project: Mission Control. It contains several local Agent Skills, AGENTS.md file, and documentation around my business. The repo knows exactly what I do, what I’m working on, how I generate income for my SwiftLee business, and where I want to go.

I’ve connected analytics, revenue insights, SEO, App Store Connect data, email inboxes, social media statistics, course insights, and more. Altogether, I’m now able to start an Agent from inside Mission Control and ask it:

“I have 2 hours today. What is the highest-impact task I can do?”

As an example, it suggested a few things this morning: - Reply to as they’re interested in sponsoring SwiftLee - Add your Bluesky account to Buffer so you can grow that organic channel - Focus on your AI Fundamentals course, any progress is valuable as it’s your biggest short-term target

I rewrote the suggestions here to make them easier for you to digest, but you get the idea. So often I ask myself what to focus on next, and I’ve probably made decisions that weren’t always the highest-impact ones. I’m planning to add more valuable sources so AI can become even better at suggesting; it’s very much an evolving space.

You could say this is the highest level of ‘giving AI eyes’, and I truly believe in structured data helping me grow my business faster. Pretty applicable to any level as well: if you’re just getting started, create that Mission Control. I’m sure you’ll be able to grow it with you over time.
